Domestic Flat Expedited Parcel Rates
Flat Canada Shipping Rates (1-3 days in Ontario, 1-5 Business days out of province)

Orders $20 to $24.99 - $15.00 Expedited
Orders $25 to $34.99 - $12.50 Expedited
Orders $35 to $49.99 - $10.00 Expedited
Orders $50 to $59.99 - $7.50 Expedited
Orders $60 to $74.99 - $5.00 Expedited
Orders $75 to $unlimited - Free Expedited
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed same or next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Canada Post Letter-mail service is now available for small items. Please note that this service is not tracked or insured. It is very rare for Canada Post to lose letter-mail however this method is at your own risk. We will not reimburse items not arrived using this shipping method.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Letter-mail service users will receive a message from us letting you know we have mailed the item(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
phillipjfry.com is not responsible for any customs, duties, import fees. Domestic orders are charged the applicable tax rates.
Damages
phillipjfry.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will be happy to assist with claim process anyway we can.
International Shipping Policy
We currently only ship to Canada and the United States.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt, Order ID or proof of purchase.
We will do our best to help facilitate all returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that should any discrepancy arise between listing titles and descriptions please contact us to verify or the description contents will be deemed correct.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
